Billing interval
All Analytiva plans are monthly subscriptions billed in Canadian dollars: Research CA$400/month, Professional CA$600/month, Advanced CA$800/month, plus applicable GST/HST/QST.
Automatic renewal
Your subscription renews every month on your billing date until you cancel. We send a receipt by email after each charge.
How to cancel
- In your account: Account → Billing → Cancel subscription.
- Or email support@analytiva.io from your account email.
Cancellation stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for.
Refunds
[Set your policy, e.g.: If you cancel within 7 days of your first charge and have generated no more than 2 reports, we refund the first payment in full. Other monthly charges are not refunded, except where required by law.]
Plan changes
Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect on your next billing date.
